Abohani Football Club was formed in 2001 to work with disadvantage and disengaged ethnic minority community of Tower Hamlets and encourage them towards mainstream service provision through the medium of sports. Over past 10 years it has grown into a borough wide initiative that brings young people from all background and ability together using sports as its vehicle. It has been providing social inclusion programme through various activities for young people to utilise their spare time meaningfully and to refrain from inner city negativity such as anti-social behaviour, drug and crime etc.

Apart from Football we also deliver Badmminton Projects, personal development courses such as referee course, FA coaching course and 1st aid course in conjunction with other agencies.
